Following an earlier installation where a colour stability issue was identified, Railtact replaced all tactile indicators across all four platforms at its own cost. The replacement product — manufactured using Railtact's engineered UV-stabilised polyurethane formulation — has since maintained full colour stability under continuous outdoor NSW conditions for several years. This project remains one of the strongest demonstrations of both product durability and Railtact's accountability to its clients.
